Service Overview

Safety expectations at major events, venues, arenas and stadia have changed. People expect strong protection, but they also expect a smooth arrival experience.

Evolv helps create a safer, faster and less intrusive entry process. Visitors can move naturally, without security becoming a barrier to the overall experience.

Rather than asking people to adapt to fixed checkpoints, Evolv adapts to the flow of people. It supports operators with the tools they need to identify potential threats, manage risk and respond with confidence. After all, technology alone doesn’t stop threats. People do.

Creating Safer Experiences

When safety and customer experience are equally important, the right technology makes all the difference.

Evolv Express is designed to enhance security, create greater situational awareness through real-time threat alerts, and support threat response with its directed search capability, the “Red Box”.

Working alongside on-site security teams, Evolv Technology helps create safer, more secure environments.

Traditional metal detectors provide basic metal detection and typically require individuals to stop, queue, and undergo secondary manual checks when an alarm is triggered. This can slow ingress, increase operational pressure on security teams, and lead to frequent alarms from common personal items.

Evolv Technology Evolv Express offers a more advanced, intelligence-led approach to weapons screening. Using sensor-based technology and software analysis, it is designed to help security teams identify potential threats while enabling individuals to move through the screening point at normal walking pace.

Where a metal detector signals the presence of metal, Evolv Express is designed to support more targeted decision-making, helping security teams focus secondary screening on individuals identified by the system rather than relying on blanket or repetitive manual searches.

  • Higher throughput with continuous, walk-through screening
  • Reduced queueing and ingress bottlenecks
  • Fewer unnecessary alarms from everyday personal items
  • More targeted, system-directed secondary screening
  • Improved operational efficiency for security teams in high-footfall environments

Evolv Express systems are designed to be deployed in a wide range of environments with minimal operational disruption.

At a minimum, deployment requires:

  • Power supply to support system operation (standard site power requirements are typically sufficient)
  • Adequate space to accommodate dual-lane screening and safe attendee flow management
  • Defined ingress layout to ensure clear queuing, entry routing, and secondary screening areas
  • On-site security personnel to manage flow, respond to system alerts, and conduct secondary screening where directed

FGH Group can support with full pre-event planning and site assessments to ensure correct configuration, optimal positioning, and smooth integration into existing event infrastructure.

Yes. Evolv Express is specifically designed to integrate into existing security models rather than replace them.

The system is intended to enhance, not substitute, the role of security personnel by providing real-time screening support and actionable alerts to assist decision-making at the point of entry.

In practice, this means:

  • Existing security teams continue to manage access control and event ingress
  • Evolv Express provides technology-led screening to support and inform operational decisions
  • Secondary screening remains the responsibility of trained security professionals
  • The system works alongside established procedures, not in place of them

FGH Systems ensures that deployment is aligned with current operational structures, working closely with security teams to integrate Evolv Express into established workflows with minimal disruption and maximum effectiveness.

FGH Systems offers flexible hire solutions for Evolv Express Gen 2 dual-lane screening systems, designed to support a wide range of operational requirements across live events, venues, and temporary deployments.
