At FGH Systems, we provide reliable domestic systems maintenance to keep your CCTV and intruder alarm systems working exactly as they should. Whether your system was installed by us or another provider, we can help ensure it stays fully operational and continues to protect your home.
We offer flexible support, from one-off visits to ongoing maintenance, so you can choose what works best for you.
Systems Takeover & Support
If you already have a CCTV or alarm system, we can carry out a home visit to check if it can be maintained and supported. This includes assessing the condition of the system and whether parts are still available, especially for older setups.
Our takeover service starts from a one-off fee (from £150), where we’ll get your system up and running, replace any faulty parts if needed, and make sure everything is working properly.
If you’ve recently moved into a new home and don’t know how your system works or don’t have access, we can help you regain control and talk you through everything. Please note that some CCTV systems may be locked to the previous installer and require admin access.
Ongoing Maintenance & Support
To give you peace of mind, FGH Systems offers maintenance options to keep your system in top condition. This can include:

- Software and firmware updates
- Fault finding and fixes
- Advice and support when you need it
You can choose a maintenance package or simply contact us whenever you need help.

We aim to resolve most issues remotely on the same day wherever possible. If a visit is needed, we’ll arrange a convenient time to get everything sorted quickly and with minimal disruption.
Can you maintain a system you didn’t install?
Yes, FGH Systems can takeover and maintain most existing home CCTV and alarm systems.
What does a systems takeover include?
It includes a visit to your home, checking the system, fixing any issues, and replacing parts if needed to get everything working properly.
What if I’ve just moved in and don’t know how the system works?
We can help you regain access and show you how to use your system so you feel confident using it.
Do I need a maintenance contract?
No, it’s completely optional. You can choose ongoing maintenance or just contact us when you need support.
What if my system is very old?
We’ll assess it during the visit and let you know whether it can be maintained or if an upgrade would be a better option.
